Introducing Token Terminal Fact Sheets
Standardized disclosures for more than 10,000 tokenized assets

Today, we’re launching a major expansion of Token Terminal Fact Sheets: standardized disclosures for tokenized assets that complement our onchain data with the legal, operational, and economic context behind each asset.
Token Terminal already tracks tokenized assets at the finest onchain granularity, from supply and holders to transfers and activity across individual blockchains and DeFi venues.
But many of the most important questions investors ask cannot be answered from blockchain data alone.
The missing side of tokenized asset data
Who is the legal issuer? Where is it domiciled? What claim does the token represent? Who holds the underlying assets? Which regulator oversees the issuer? What law governs the terms? Can the token be redeemed? Does the holder receive dividends or other distributions?
These answers usually exist, but they are scattered across prospectuses, legal agreements, regulatory filings, white papers, and issuer websites. The format differs by issuer, jurisdiction, and asset type, which makes comparison difficult.
Fact Sheets bring this information into one standardized structure.

60+ standardized fields per asset
Each Fact Sheet includes more than 60 fields across asset identity and classification, issuer and legal structure, service providers, primary market terms, economics, and assurance. To quantify the depth and coverage; we have already structured more than 750k individual disclosure fields across all tokenized assets on Token Terminal.
Every answer is sourced. Users can review the underlying document and relevant passage rather than rely solely on our interpretation. Sources include official issuer documentation, legal agreements, government and regulatory filings, and public records. In addition to this, we work closely with leading teams and issuers in verifying details, and improving the format.

Every Fact Sheet field is interactive. Click any answer to see how we interpret it, the exact citations from the underlying source, and a direct link to the original document.
Onchain and offchain information also sit side by side. Contract-level facts such as token standards, transfer restrictions, issuance history, supply, holders, and flows can be viewed together with the legal, operational, and economic structure behind the asset.
Built for analysis, not just reference
Fact Sheet data is available not only through the Token Terminal interface, but also through our Data Catalog, and it is now rolling out to the Token Terminal API and MCP server. Pilot users already have access, with general availability in the coming weeks.
This makes qualitative analysis much more powerful. Instead of reviewing assets one by one, users can query the market through specific legal, operational, and economic characteristics.
For example, an analyst can identify tokenized stocks where the issuer is domiciled in Jersey, the claim type is issuer-sponsored, and attestations take place monthly – then combine those criteria with onchain data such as supply, holders, transfers, or growth.
This turns disclosures from documents that need to be read individually into structured data that can be searched, compared, and analyzed across the market.

Our Data Catalog provides structured Fact Sheet data across 10,000+ assets, so users can identify patterns and insights across the market that would be difficult to see asset by asset.
Toward a common disclosure standard
The goal is to ask the same questions of every issuer, structure the answers in the same way, and make tokenized assets directly comparable.
We start with the public record: official documentation, contracts, legal agreements, and regulatory filings. We then work directly with issuers to capture the nuance that documents alone may not fully explain.
Onchain data tells us what happens to an asset. Fact Sheets explain what that asset represents.
Together, they provide a more complete foundation for understanding tokenized markets.
